Thorbahn offers its clients survey creation and results analysis. By surveying your population, you are providing them with an additional resource surrounding their benefits, getting their honest feedback on their current plan and asking them what benefits they want to see. This survey tool is a great method for collecting useful information on how important paid time off is to your staff or if they are interested in a 401(k) plan. Our Client Services team will work with your Client Manager and you to draft numerous benefits-related questions, keeping the focus on existing plan structure, current plan design trends, what benefits are valued vs. what benefits are not valued or general needs of the employee population.

Once all questions and answer types are decided upon, Client Services will then create a survey draft and submit for the client's approval. Our team will then distribute the survey according to the client's preference .

After all of the survey results have been submitted Client Services will analyze all results with Client Management and then formally present with the client. Depending upon the survey results, the client may decide to research plan changes and then Client Management can assist accordingly. Your employees will appreciate you taking the time to survey them and, in turn, will feel truly appreciated.
